Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Bolrach Technologies Limited (“listing.ng”, “we”, “us”), which operates listing.ng.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using listing.ng, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use listing.ng for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Your account
Accounts sign in through Authvio, or with an email address and a password. Only people Authvio has fully verified with an ID document and a live selfie, and whose account remains in good standing, can post ads, send messages or use Safe Buy. Browsing needs no account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly through the Help centre if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use listing.ng lawfully and respectfully, and to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no fake or misleading ads, no prohibited items, no job adverts (they belong on findwork.ng), no scams, no harassment, no collecting sellers’ numbers, and no attempts to break or overload the service.
5. Your content
Sellers keep ownership of the ads, photos and messages they post. Posting an ad gives us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and show it on listing.ng and to use it to run the marketplace. The licence ends when the ad is removed, except for copies kept for a short time in backups and what must be kept for a dispute or the law. Whoever posts an ad is responsible for it, and confirms that it is accurate and that they have the right to sell what it offers.
6. Deals between people
listing.ng is where buyers and sellers find each other; the deal itself is between them. Unless a deal goes through Safe Buy, listing.ng does not hold the money, check the item or guarantee either side. Buyers and sellers should meet in a busy public place, check the item before paying, and never pay a "delivery" or "clearing" fee to someone they have not met. 7. Our rights
The listing.ng name, logo, design, software, and the marketplace, its design and the checks it runs are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; nothing here transfers ownership to you.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep listing.ng running well, but we provide it “as is” and “as available” and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of listing.ng. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, including consumer rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using listing.ng at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put buyers, sellers or the marketplace at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licence, disclaimers, and liability) continue after termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bolrach Technologies Limited is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
If we update these Terms, we will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the product. Continuing to use listing.ng after an update means you accept it. Questions? Contact us.
