This Cookie Policy explains how listing.ng, operated by Bolrach Technologies Limited, uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels, which we refer to together as “cookies”.
2. Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary. Required to run listing.ng and keep it secure, for example keeping you signed in. These do not need consent.
- Functional. Remember your preferences, such as language or display settings.
- Analytics. Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We use these only with your consent where the law requires it.

Exact names and durations may change as the product evolves; the categories above always describe what we do.
Page measurement without cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how fast our pages load and how many visits they get in total. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on a visitor's device. It cannot identify anyone or follow a visitor to other sites, and Cloudflare keeps what it measures under its own privacy policy.
4. Your consent and choices
For non-essential cookies (functional, analytics), we ask for your consent where required by the EU ePrivacy rules, the UK PECR, and the GDPR. You can accept or reject them, and change your choice at any time. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not stop you using the core of listing.ng.
5. Managing cookies
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of listing.ng from working. Most browsers explain how at their help pages.
