How Safe Buy works
Optional. The money waits with Safe Buy until the buyer has checked the item. Meeting in person and paying directly is still fine.
What protects each side
- The seller never hands anything over on a text message or a screenshot: the code is the proof.
- Five wrong codes lock the order, and our team takes it from there.
- If the meeting falls through, the buyer cancels and the item price goes back to the card or account that paid.
- If the seller cancels, the buyer gets everything back, the Safe Buy fee included.
