Community Guidelines

Listing.ng only works when businesses are real and reviews are honest. These guidelines keep it that way. They apply to listings, reviews, photos, and messages, and go with our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

1. The spirit of Listing.ng

Help people find good businesses and help good businesses get found. Add value, and do not game the directory at other people's expense.

2. Keep listings accurate

List only a business you own or represent. Keep the name, address, hours, and contact details correct and up to date. No fake or duplicate listings, and no claiming a business that is not yours.

3. Honest reviews

Write reviews from real experience. No paid, fake, or retaliatory reviews, no review bombing, and no offering incentives for positive reviews. Businesses may respond, but must not harass a reviewer.

4. Respect and safety

No hate, threats, or harassment, and no sharing someone's private details. Do not misuse leads or contact details you receive, and do not use the directory to send spam.

5. Reporting and enforcement

To flag a listing or review, use the report option on it. Depending on the situation we may correct or remove content, limit features, or close an account, and report to the authorities where required. For anything else, reach us through the contact page.
